1. Redemption with standby thank-you cards: no total quantity limit; each Weidian account may redeem up to two per performance;

2. Graffiti Polaroid vouchers: up to 5 per member per day; each fan may redeem one, first come, first served.

1. For the experience of all audience members, tripods are only allowed at seats showing a specific icon at the time of purchase;

2. Tripods must not obstruct or interfere with official photography and live streaming;

3. Photography without tripods is allowed at other seats as long as other audience members are not affected; if a complaint arises, please cooperate with STAFF adjustments.

1. On the day of the performance, all audience members exchange paper tickets on site with a valid order number and their valid ID (the identity information reserved in the order); once entry opens, you may enter freely and take your selected seat;

2. Please follow on-site arrangements and enter in an orderly manner;

3. There is no limit on the number of tickets purchased; for purchases of fewer than 2 tickets, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the performance begins; to prevent scalping and malicious bulk ordering, purchases of 2 or more tickets are non-refundable — please purchase accordingly;

4. Please complete payment within 30 minutes after submitting your order; overdue orders will be automatically closed by the system;

5. The ticket collector's identity information (ID number, phone number, real name) must match the identity information reserved by the purchaser and cannot be modified — please fill it in correctly;

6. Any transfer, gifting or resale of tickets for any reason is prohibited.

1. For ease of carrying by performers: gifts exceeding 20 x 20 x 20 cm in volume or 2 kg in weight will not be accepted;

2. For performer safety: food, beverages and other edible gifts will not be accepted; cosmetics are also not accepted;

3. For theater rules: no live animals such as pets will be accepted;

4. For performer guidelines: overly valuable gifts will not be accepted;

5. For the performers' feelings: handwritten letters, greeting cards and other gifts with informational content can be forwarded promptly after this event; such gifts must be reviewed by STAFF within 2-3 days after the event before being transferred to members;

6. As some members may have pollen allergies, direct gifts of fresh flowers are discouraged; to protect member privacy, specific member information is not disclosed, and STAFF reserves the right not to transfer such gifts to members;

7. Whether or not mentioned in these rules, the organizers reserve the right to refuse any other gifts deemed unsuitable for transfer to performers.

1. Prohibited items: food, beverages, dangerous items, etc.;

2. Photography, videography, recording and live streaming are prohibited without prior permission from the organizers;

3. After the performance begins, please set mobile phones and audible devices to silent mode or turn them off;

4. Smoking is prohibited in the theater; please keep the theater clean and tidy.
